Tom Bryan
June 9, 1940-February 22, 2015
Ft. Collins
Santa Cruz long-board surfer, lover of life, accomplished long distance runner, mountain and road biker, volunteer extraordinaire, talented builder, generous to friends and to all creatures great and small, philosopher, confidante, a loyal, happy and funny friend, loving husband, dad and grandpa. Tom Bryan died peacefully at his home in Ft. Collins early Sunday morning, February 22, with his wife Ginger at his side. Never once, during his two year three month battle with pancreatic cancer did Tom's sense of humor, concern for others and love of life desert him. His strength and courage sets an inspirational and motivational example. In the course of battling cancer, Tom fought hard and well. The cancer lost; Tom never lost his spirit. A celebration of life will take place this summer in both Leadville, Colorado and Kauai, Hawaii.
