William Sparks Obituary
April 10, 1930 - April 14, 2018
Las Vegas Nevada
Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather passed peacefully into the arms of angels on April 14, 2018. He is survived by his loving wife Georgia Ann Sparks, his children Carol Sparks, Cynthia Disanti, William R. Sparks, Cheryl Plummer, Tania McAdams, and Craig Parrish. William had 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Cathy Sparks.
William was a great man in so many ways, he was a veteran in WWII, Korean War and Vietnam War as a flight engineer. He was an avid golfer and loved tinkering on his computer.
He was a wonderful father, role model, and inspiration to us all. There was nothing he could not do. While living here in Santa Cruz he worked for County Bank of Santa Cruz in the 80's and the Santa Cruz Transit District before retiring.
His celebration of life will be held at The American Legion Hall #40 in Henderson, Nevada at noon on June 9th 2018. The address is 425 E. Wagenen Street, Henderson, NV 89015

I love you Dad! You were the best role model and father figure I had growing up. You taught me to drive, to use a computer, and gave me grace when I did wrong. The stories I can tell about your. Quiet talks and kindness in the worst circumstances, you were a patient man who after raising five children took on me and my brother Craig, I'm grateful for all you did for us❤
