Ann Lawrence Nahigian

ANN LAWRENCE NAHIGIAN 1944-2018 Born and lived with love in Southern California - died last week in Santa Fe with courage. Always with a flair for style Ann Lawrence designed on 7th Ave. for over a decade and graced the inaugural ball in 1992 with 16 gowns. Ann then discovered the creative art town of Santa Fe where she could shine her bright light. Moving here to slow down a bit Ann said, however, to no one's surprise that never happened. Soon she established The Ann Lawrence Collection of antiques including: textiles, furniture, tribal wares, home décor, jewelry, fabrics and began designing and creating Ralph Lauren's vintage antique lace clothing line. She also designed and created an original Ann Lawrence clothing line for Santa Feans and dressed many brides and bridal parties as these past 20 years sailed by. Ann graduated from the University of New York in Art History and was predeceased by her husband Ken Nahigian in 1980. Ann was loved and admired by many and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her brother Keeth (Patti) Lawrence, a niece and nephew and 12 cousins. A celebration of her incredible life will be held at the Unity Church, 1212 Unity Way on Saturday December 8th at 6:00pm. Exit Cam. De Los Montoyas off 599.
