CHARLES MAYNARD Obituary

DR. CHARLES DAVID MAYNARD Santa Fe - Dr. Charles David Maynard, age 59, passed away peacefully on Friday February 12, 2016. Chuck was preceded in death by his mother and father, Alice and Curtis Maynard and his uncle and aunt, Earl and Joyce Mayne. Survivors include his wife Laura; son Trevor (Jen) and daughter Hannah (Lawrence) and grandchildren Alana and Cameron; aunt Romelia; cousins Walt, Les (Robin), David (Paul) and Maria (Marty); nephew Sean Robert; other close family members and many dear friends. The family extends their heartfelt thank you to his excellent medical team for their kindness and compassion. Services will be held on Saturday February 20, 2016 at 1:05 pm at St. John's United Methodist Church, 1200 Old Pecos Trail, Santa Fe, NM, 87505, with a reception to follow.
