January 21, 1947 - August 9, 2025
Jenny Lorraine Gonzales of Santa Fe, New Mexico, passed away on August 9th at her home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, surrounded by her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe Frank Gonzales; daughter, Diana Gonzales; her parents, Isabel and Juan Roybal; sisters, Ramona Sisneros, Priscilla "Lela" Roybal, Rosa Garcia, and Dolores Acosta-Roybal; and brothers, Jackie and Frank "Sonny" Roybal.
Jenny's surviving family members include her sons: Victor (Melissa), Daniel, and Frankie (Kat) Gonzales; granddaughters: Dezaraye, Luna, and Claire; grandsons: Estevan and Jordan; great-granddaughters: Nicole and Allison; her best friend, Priscilla Lovato; along with numerous other beloved family members.
Jenny was the best mother and grandmother any family could have been lucky to have. She was a constant source of light and love, always making sure everyone had been fed, asking what they had eaten, how work was going, and-no matter where in the city you were-how the weather was. Her hugs, her warmth, and her love will be forever missed.
A memorial service will be held at Saint Anne's Church in Santa Fe on September 15th, with the rosary beginning at 9:00 AM, followed by Mass at 10:00 AM, and burial to follow at Rosario Cemetery.
