Josephine Logan Obituary
1919-2012
Josie to some, Mom, Sister, Grandma, even "Goofla" to others; however she was known, Josephine Logan will be dearly missed.
Josephine was born in San Francisco on Christmas Day 1919 to Francis and Angelina Caruso. She had two sisters, Leena and Rosalie, and two brothers, Michael and John.
In 1948, Josephine met Albert Logan and was blessed with six children: Carol, Darlene, twins Ronald and Gerald, Albert, and Pamela.
Like any true Italian and devout Catholic, Josephine could make a good meatball; and she loved to listen to Dean Martin and Tony Bennett. Her favorite song was "I Left My Heart in San Francisco."
She is survived by her six children Albert Logan, Ronald Logan, Gerald Logan, Carol Hoff, Darlene Jimenez, and Pam Schofield as well as their spouses. She had 18 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
One of her favorite pastimes was playing cards like Skip-bo and Kings-in-the-Corner. She could play for hours, always asking, "One for the road?" just to get in one more game.
The family would like to thank the staff at Santa Maria Care Center for their kindness and assistance.
A private service and burial is scheduled.

My Grandmother was a very wonderful and always Loving, she is not ever going to be forgot and we Love you and will see you in Heaven. Know that Sierra, Jarin. Myles and Tina & Dale are there in Spirit.

Grandma, I will be there tomorrow to say goodbye. I know that you are in a better place and not in pain. I will remember you always and know that we will meet again another day. I love you.
