I am so sorry for your loss. I lived "on the other side of the fence" from Phyllis and Rod, on Speed Street. They were great neighbors, and always brought smiles and joy. We'd often talk over the back fence and sometimes wave when they were visiting with our dalmatians. Sincere condolences during this difficult time.

I had the honor to be Phyllis hairdresser while I lived in Santa Maria. Rod would often pop his head in and they would banter back and forth (had me in stitches.) Phyllis would respond with her acting talents and rod would try to do his best.. she was admired and loved by all that had the pleasure to know her. My deepest sympathies to the family. She will be missed.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Phyllis. It was a pleasure to know her and Rod as neighbors. She was a great witch all those Halloweens and my kids long delighted in visiting her house especially. She will be missed.
