He desired above all to contribute to making the world a better place to live in by finding alternate forms of energy. He lent his assistence to many projects with the hope of making a difference. He will be greatly missed.
Friends are invited to his Memorial Service to be held Saturday, January 27 at 2:00pm at The Gate Vineyard Fellowship, 4799 Bradley Road off of Clark Ave in Santa Maria. His ashes will be privately scattered by the family.

I met Walter at a couple of alternative energy conferences and found him fascinating and superbly well informed on many topics. He helped many researchers discover flaws in what they believed were overunity anomalies and did it in such a was as to respect their work and efforts, yet point out the flaws based on his own expertise with measuring energy. He will be missed and my sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Walter.

I worked in support of the Titan launch program at SLC-4, Vandenberg AFB with Walt. I enjoyed reading and listening to some of Walt's ideas pertaining to alternate energy sources. He was an intelligent and interesting individual. My heartfelt sympathies go out to his family.

I was the next door neighbor of the Rosenthals for many years on Glines Ave. I have many fond memories of talking to Mr Rosenthal in the front yard and being at their home to play with Gretchen. He loved his garden & time in the yard with his wife! My thoughts & prayers are with his family
