Anthony Carlini BALLSTON SPA - Anthony Carlini, 82, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016. Born in Mechanicville, NY on October 19, 1933, he was the son of Albino and Marcella Carlini. He was a staff sergeant in the US Air Force during the Korean War. Tony was a top sales representative for Lipton for many years. He was actively involved in the Ballston Spa Jr. Baseball League for over 25 years, serving as president and coach and establishing the field where they currently play. He was an enthusiastic and active member of the Community Emergency Corp in Ballston Spa. Tony was a singer and even has a recording on YouTube. He also enjoyed participating in local theatre. Some of his greatest joys were the times he spent with his family, camping, boating on Schroon Lake and spending time with his grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister Angeline Richardson. Tony is survived by his wife Louise; his children Marci Cordon (Chuck) of Chesapeake, VA, Michael Carlini (Melina) of Latham, Christopher Carlini (Maryellen) of Corinth, and Kenneth Carlini of Nashua, NH; grandchildren Benjamin Carlini, (Shantrell), Jacob Carlini, Joseph Carlini, Emily Cordon, and Rachel Cordon; great grandson Alyas Carlini; brother in law Mark Pasko (Mary); sisters in law Dorothy Pasko, and Josephine Pasko; many nieces and nephews, and his faithful canine buddy Simon. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, February 22 from 11am to 1pm at Armer Funeral Home, Inc. 39 East High Street, Ballston Spa. A memorial service will follow at 1pm.
