James Lowerre

1951 - 2022

Born into this world 5/15/51, James Lowerre was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend, and well-loved member of his community. He passed away peacefully on 1/20/22 surrounded by his family. James will be remembered for his knowledge, strength, advice, warm smile, positive outlook, and willingness to help others. He lived a selfless life and was highly involved with the masons, church, school, boy scouts, and many others.Until his passing, he always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, tinkering, wood working, and riding his motorcycle. He always said with a smile, “It’s a wonderful life, if you don’t let it break you.” He always tried to make the world a better place and was an amazing person. He taught everyone to always do the right thing, appreciate everything, always look for the good in others, and help all that you can. His wonderful influence and legacy will live on through all the lives he touched,He will be greatly missed by all. He is survived by his wife Debbie, daughters Jenny, Katie, and Megan, and grandchildren Aiden and Leah. Viewing hours will be held on January 25, 2022 at Edinburg Common School from 12-2 PM with refreshments at Shelby’s Four Corners Diner from 3-6 PM.
