John Sauliner Natalie Obituary

SARATOGA SPRINGS - John Sauliner Natalie, 55, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at Saratoga Hospital after a brief battle with cancer, with his loving family and friends at his side.
He was born Oct. 14, 1957, in Schenectady, the son of Frank Natalie and the late Janis Sauliner.
John worked for 30 years as a pipe fitter for Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union No. 7 until his retirement.
John is survived by his life companion and fiancée, Marcia Little of Saratoga Springs, who has been there for him in sickness and health; his son, John, and daughter, Andrea, both from Burnt Hills; his brother, Frank Natalie of Rotterdam; his sisters, Janis Natalie and Lynn Pennacchia (Mel); nieces, Rachel and Christine and nephew Michael; his best friend, James ""Pappy"" Pappillion, Jimmy; his father, Frank Natalie (Irene); several uncles, aunts and cousins; and his union brothers and sisters from across the country.
John was predeceased by his mother, Janis Sauliner, who never passed judgment on anyone and was always there for him when he needed her. Now, she is there for him again.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, where friends and family may call from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.

Janis and Frank:

My condolences on the loss of your brother. I visited him in the hospital last week and I could sense his care and compassion for his fellow union brothers and sisters and his mentorship of younger workers.
