Cindy, Rick, Jeff, and Aly,
Our hearts go out to you on the death of 'Mr. Schermerhorn'. Although a few years have passed since we were neighbors, they seem like yesterday. The memories of the time spent chatting in the driveway or at SPAC concerts will live on. Sorry we cannot be with you tomorrow, but we will include you all in our prayers. May God sustain you in this your time of loss, and always.

I met the "Snack Man" when I was working at Ace Hardware and he was filling our vending machines. We started a friendship at work and he would always save me a bag of my favorite chips if there was only one left! He was such a sweet man! I will always remember his smile and the care he had for his "people" where he worked. I will miss you "Snack Man". My thoughts and prayers are with his family, may you find comfort in all the memories you have of this very special man.

The "Breakfast Club" will miss Dick's smiling face and quick wit at Mobile on the Run in Saratoga. Always looked forward to his updates on current issues in the newspaper as he was sipping his cappichino! Dick is a character and we hope the memories you have created will sustain, and help you during this sad and difficult time.

Dear Cindy and Family,
I am very sad to read of Dick's passing. I worked with Dick at Albany Medical Center for many years in the late 70's & 80's along with Miss Jean, Jim, Harold, Beverly, Rick & Mr. France - it was a great group of people. Dick was friendly to all and had a great sense of humor ! I saw him several times in recent years at events at Jim's house and after Jim's passing. Dick called me a few months ago to put in a good word for a job applicant. He always talked about you, Cindy, hockey and his family. God Bless and keep you all.
Sincerely,
Mark Romani
