Todd Comar Fisher Obituary
He was born May 6, 1967, in Glens Falls to William and Betty Jane Comar Fisher.
Todd married the love of his life, Christine Ann Vernon, on Sept. 1, 1991.
He had a great deal of love for his family, friends and pets.
He was a loving father, a caring son, a real family man, a wonderful friend, a talented artist and a hardworking employee.
Todd worked for Stewart's in the warehouse for 26 years.
He was an artist who loved sketching and working with pastels and charcoal.
Todd was on a bowling league, and he loved carpentry and riding his ATV with his family. He was a jokester and made everyone smile.
He did not always have the right words, but he always knew the right thing to say.
Todd was trusted by many and was always willing to help others.
Todd is survived by his wife, Christine Fisher; his parents, William and Betty Jane Fisher; his son, Tahlyn Fisher; his daughter, Megan Bloom (Brian); brothers, Garth and Aaron Fisher; sisters, Rebecca Fisher (Ibon Izurieta) and Temple Genung (Daniel); sister-in-law, Patrice Foster; brother in-law, Daniel Vernon (Robin); 11 nieces and nephews; and many pets.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs.
Friends and family may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, at the funeral home.

My wife Wendy, daughters Megan and Becky join me in sadness in learning of Todd's passing. I didn't know him real well, but the few times I talked to him, I was always struck by what was obviously a heart of gold and a the kind of person one would have been blessed to know as a friend.
