Dale Kuperus Obituary
Dale Thomas Kuperus was born April 28, 1959, to Paul and Lorraine Kuperus of Belgrade. He grew up in Belgrade and graduated from Belgrade High School. Dale was united in marriage to Robin Burnell in June 1983. This union was blessed with four children. They divorced in 1995, but remained friends. He married Laura Slayton in September 2014.
He enjoyed riding motorcycle, going to bike rallies and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He worked at Felling Trailers, of Sauk Centre, for many years.
Survivors include his children, Jeremy Kuperus (Carley) of Brooten, Brittany Layne of Paynesville, Jackie Kuperus of Grey Eagle and Harley Wolfe (Michael) of Brooten; step-children: Stephanie (Liz) Russell, Carly (Mike) Brockner, Daniel Samuelson and Matthew (Laurie) Samuelson; 21 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, June (Mark) Templer of Cloquet, Bill (Mary) of New London, Danny of Portland, Oregon. and Jeff (Becky) of Brooten; and many nephews and nieces.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Tiffany Irene Kuperus, wife Laura Slayton-Kuperus; six brothers; and one sister.
A Celebration of Life in Dale's honor will be 1-6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, at his residence, 30302 Business Highway 23 W., in Paynesville.
