Norma M. Kellen age 98 of Dixon passed away on Wednesday Oct. 1, 2025 at Allure of Pinecrest in Mt. Morris, IL. She was born on March 24, 1927 in Sheffield, IL the daughter of Herman and Helena (Jorgensen) Knudsen. Norma was the owner operator of Kellen Motor Sales for 20 years with her husband, and she also worked at Hicks Insurance Agency. She married Cecil J "Joe" Kellen of Dixon on Dec. 28, 1966. He preceded her in death on Feb. 16, 1989. Norma is also preceded in death by her three brothers Bernard (Betty) Knudsen, Norbert Knudsen, Roland "Chub" (Dorothy) Knudsen, two sisters Eileen "Susie" (Russell) Hahn, and Beverly (Raymond) Pitzer. She is survived by several close friends. A Private graveside services will be held on Monday Oct. 6, 2025 at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon. A memorial has been established to the Dixon Veterans Park. Arrangements by the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon. Condolences can be left at www.thejonesfh.com.
