Patricia E. Coers
Born: March 5, 1932 in Yorktown, IL
Died: September 2, 2025 in Walnut, IL
WALNUT – Patricia E. Coers, age 93, formerly of Tampico died Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Allure of Walnut.
Patricia was born on March 5, 1932 in Yorktown the daughter of Herbert and Roberta (Peterson) Ackerson. She married Earl E. Coers on May 21, 1950 in Tampico. He died May 12, 2022. Patricia and Earl enjoyed traveling, snowmobiling and golf. She was a farmwife and homemaker.
Survivors include 2 sons, James (Brenda) Coers of Tampico and Bruce (Kay) Coers of Hillsdale; 1 daughter, Jennie (Jim) Lench of Prophetstown. 7 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband.
Visitation is from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at the Tampico United Methodist Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Leanne Keate officiating. Burial will follow at Tampico Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to Alzheimer's Association.
