Phyllis Kump Richardson Brown was born October 4, 1943, and died on April 23, 2025.
She is survived by her daughter, Penny Richardson of Texas; one granddaughter; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Dennis and Darrell Kump; many nieces and nephews; and her faithful companion, GiGi.
She was preceded by her ex-husbands; three sons; her parents; five brothers; and three sisters.
She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother, and a friend to everyone.
