Died: January 3, 2025
Rose Mary Pratt, 73 of Sterling died Friday January 3, 2025 at Rock River Hospice & Home.
She was born on November 21, 1951 in Sterling, the daughter of Neil and Opal (Andreas) Moloney. She was a graduate of Sterling High School. Rose married John Pratt on April 19, 1970. She was an active member of Rock Falls Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Rose enjoyed children and the times she spent with her family.
Survivors include her husband, John; their children: Kari (Barry) Schaver of Kewanee, Kelly (Steven Anthony) Ritchie of Moline, Jamie Pratt of Sterling and Jonathan Pratt of Chicago; her sister Kathleen Parton of Rochelle; her brother John Moloney of Peoria; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Karen Knapp.
Private family services will be held with burial at Oak Knoll Memorial Park.
