Timothy J. DeGolyer, 61, of Dixon, died Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Allure of Pine Crest in Mt. Morris.
He was born on October 14, 1963 in St. Louis, MO, the son of Lauren and Linda (Konetzny) DeGolyer. He married Margaret M. "Margie" Valdivia on May 6, 1989.
Survivors include his wife, Margie; daughter, Jena DeGolyer; sons, Tim DeGolyer and Dylan (Nicole) DeGolyer; mother, Linda DeGolyer of Wonderlake; sisters, Pattie (William) Hartmann of McHenry, Debbie (David) DelFavero of Plainfield and Sylvia (Rick) Bernard of Cape Coral, FL; and three grandchildren, Lily, Rowan and Tatum.
He was preceded in death by his father; and nephew, William Hartmann.
A celebration of Tim's life will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Whiskey Barrel in Rock Falls.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in honoring his life to CGH Medical Center Dementia Project.
Family would like to thank Serenity Hospice and all of the staff at Allure of Pinecrest Terrace of Mt. Morris for the exceptional care given to him. Thank you so much.
