Some of my fondest memories are of the times Bonnie and I served as poll workers together at Windsor Forest High School. She was a delightful person, and although our paths didn't cross much after that, I've thought of her on occasion and remembered those fun times. God bless you as you go through this period of grief. May you have the assurance that you'll be reunited with her in Heaven someday.

I had the great pleasure of being neighbors with Bonnie and Woodie from 1982 until I moved to San Diego in 1991. In the 80's Woodie and my dad spent countless hours visiting in my parents garage and at their favorite watering hole that Bonnie commonly referred to as the "Saloon".

Upon her husband's passing she was kept under the watchful eye of her neighbors, particularly, my mom, Betty, Gayle and Suzie...the Marseilles Court gang. In previous years as I would return home, you would often find these ladies standing in the middle of the cul de sac holding forth on the topic of the day. Bonnie and Woodie made a special effort to be at those functions that were important events for families, Christmas gatherings and most notably when I was commissioned as an Ensign in the Navy in July of 1991.

In closing, it is sad for us left behind to know that we will not see our good friend again on this side, but we find solace in the fact that she has joined Woodie and that she is in a much better place.

My mom has lost a dear friend and the world has lost a good person.

Sincerely & Respectfully,

Rob Creech
