Dear Pop, Karen and Rene',

I am so sorry and devastated to hear that your sweet, sweet Wife and Mother has passed. It is such a shock when it is unexpected and I have no idea how you must be feeling but wanted you to know that I am thinking of you all and my prayers are with your family. Charlotte was such a wonderful, loving and giving person. I've known her since I was 17 years old and sometimes she was like a Mother to me as well. It wasn't that long ago that we had a long talk over the phone and I remember thinking, she's still so compassionate and loving. She will be sweetly, yet sadly missed. Keep in touch, Pop and know that I love you as well just like a Daddy. Love, Lori

I could not believe when I opened the paper and saw Charlotte's name. I talked with her two weeks ago and she sounded so good. My love and prayers to out to Gerald, Yvonne,Donald and her children, grandchildren and the rest of her family. Charlotte was my cousin. As we grew up, I remember so many happy times, especially the family reunions in Ludowici at the graves of our family. She was a very special person; so loving and caring of others. She worked hard all of her life and helped all who needed her. May our dear Lord receive her into his arms as she enters her new home in wait of her family. She will always be watching over you, Gerald, your chidren and the little ones. Yvonne and Donald; she is waiting for all of you. Maybe she and my Edward are looking forward to St Patrick's Day together, and other times we shared. She is blessed to be with her Savior. She is safe and her spirit will dwell with you until your time comes. I will miss talking with her. My love and prayers are with you all. Please stay in touch. I love you all.
