Christopher Geriner Obituary

Christopher B. Geriner, 64, died Friday, December 8, 2017, at his home of natural causes.

A native and lifelong resident of Savannah, Chris was a graduate of Savannah High School and was an independent painting contractor. He was a member and usher at Coastal Cathedral Church of God.

Surviving are his son, Jacob B. Geriner of Savannah, currently in the Georgia National Guard; his sister, Lynn G. McAuliffe and her husband Pat of Marietta; a brother, Stuart Geriner of Albany, GA; a nephew, Kevin and two nieces, Kelli and Clara; an uncle, Richard Geriner; and several cousins.

A Memorial Service was held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at Coastal Cathedral Church of God.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Coastal Cathedral Church of God, 275 Berwick Blvd., Savannah, GA 31419.

Jacob, Phillip, Ed & I are so sorry for your loss. Chris was loved. We really appreciate everything he did for Coastal Cathedral & The Lord. We are sending thoughts of comfort & prayers of peace to you & your family.
