Reaching Out

My heart is reaching out to you,
For what you’re going through;
I'm thinking of you frequently
And praying for you, too.
If there’s something I can do,
Anything at all,
Think of me thinking of you,
And don’t hesitate to call.

Much Love....

To Cynthia Chambliss and Family

We’re with You

When you miss him,
we’re with you in spirit,
wondering how you feel,
hoping you’re coping,
and getting a little better each day.
We understand. We care.
When you’re grieving,
we’re beside you,
in our hearts, in our thoughts,
we’re sending you sympathy,
encouragement, affection,
and strength to carry on with life.
He would want it that way.

To the Family of David Stafford: God bless your family. I have known David since childhood days, When we went to the original/old Jonesville Baptist Church in a section called Jonesville and when Jonesville moved on 70th street near Paulsen, in Kingston where I grew up. Memories of a Christian saint comes to mind when I think of David. Love to the family and my prayers in this time of grief.

I would like to extend my condolences to Ms. Liz, Johnny, David, Joe, Cynthia (my best friend), Rickey and Angel. Our family has known your family for over 40+ years and you all are my family. Of course I wish I could be there for the home going service, but with regret I’m unable to do so. Please know that when you all are sitting on the front row that you will be leaning on the MASTER’S shoulders.

In the days to come you will adapt to a new normal in dealing with the loss of Mr. Stafford. Who could fill those shoes of Mr. David Stafford? The earth is not creating any more of those men, that’s why it is such an earthly loss, but a heavenly gain. Simplicity is out of the Mr. David Stafford patterns, all sold out!

Surely, if we go to Webster Dictionary and look up the word Daddy Mr. David Stafford name would be there. I admired Mr. Stafford; one of my funniest memories as a kid of Mr. Stafford was seeing him chewing his beechnut gum, smiling and waiving when he comes home from work. What a man, but what a legacy he has left for ALL of the Stafford men and women. This insert is with love, and on behalf of Linder Mims-Dixon (sis), my family, Nicholas, Mario, Nicole, Nicholas II, Daelyn (my grandson) and our beloved parents; the late Cherry Bill and Rebecca Sumpter- Mims.
