Dear Debbie, I know how sad it is to lose your Mom, no one will every fill that loss.

Most of my time with your Mom was during our Business and Professional Women's meetings, she always added a spark. From time to time I would see her around Savannah and she always had a smile. You have my deepest sympathy.

During my husband's fight for life during the summer of 1994, Ms.Hitt became my best friend. She kept me in all kinds fo goodies and called at our home later on. SHe was the most outstanding person I have had the honor or knowing. You can be very proud to call her family. She is in that beautiful place called Heaven that she told me about so many times. GOd Bless your Family in the loss of this precious person. We are honored to have known her. THe Hicks Family

Many years ago I was a neighbor to Barrie and Billy. On the occasions I met Ms. Hitt I was always impressed by her southern graciousness and charm. She was probably the first "southern belle" I met in Savannah. God bless your family in this time of grief.

I am so sorry about Elizabeth's passing. I worked with her when Armstrong was on Bull Street and also on Abercorn Street. She was a beautiful and gracious lady.
