Nannys memories will always be remembered and cherished in our hearts. Shes in a better place now and we thank god she didn`t suffer and for the help of United Hospice. Her funeral was the hardest thing i`ve ever had to do. I live on for her everyday, to make her proud. Gone but not forgotten, i`ll love her, forever and always.
