Hey, this is sherry parks jones, I have been thinking about my roommate in 1974-75, in Athens,Ga, one Lucy Frost from Swainsboro Ga and was wanting to catch up with her. I remember spending some weekends at her family home and her dad was a doctor there, I remembered she had a brother and sister so I think I , have found my long lost friend. I remembered how I ended up in Milledgeville, Ga at Ga College and it was here we came to visit her old friends here and I liked it so good I transfered to Ga. College School of Nursing graduating in 1978. If I have found you, HHHHEEEYYYYY! I am so sorry about your brother.

My Thoughts and prayers are with Henry's family and close friends. I have many fond memories of Henry growing up. He was so much fun to be around. From first grade to jr high to high school. We went to different high schools but Henry lived accross from my friend Sherry Curry. We had some good times. I remember the stowstorm of 1971. Swainsboro pretty much came to a standstill. Henry, Sherry and I ventured around town in the snow till our feet were frozen. Henry was a friend to all. I loved him. It has been many years since I have seen him but he has often been in my thoughts over the years.
May you rest in peace, Henry my dear old friend. Give our friend Sherry a hug for me. You will be missed.

To a old school friend. You were everyones friend Henry. You had that personality that made the people around you feel welcome and comfortable. Even though I have not seen you in many years, I know you have a special place now, to share and make more people feel special. Rest In Peace friend.

Henry, I'm sorry you left this world so soon, but I know you are in a better place. I have wonderful memories of you from high school and the trip to Europe!
My heart goes out to your entire family- I wish them peace in the coming days.

Remember
Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.

My thoughts and prayers are with Henry's family and dear friends. I am so glad I got to share a few high school memories with him. He was a fighter for great causes that affected human beings here in Savannah and where ever he left his foot prints. He was a Change Maker. Henry will truly be missed. God's Blessing..Elaine Jones-Connor - Classmate!
