James Clark Obituary

James Ray Clark, Sr., 73, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017, at Southeast Medical Center in Brunswick.

He lived most of his life in Fleming and the last 10 years in Darien. He was retired from Interstate Paper and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved the Georgia Bulldogs.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Betty Clark; children, James Ray Clark, Jr., of Darien, Sean Clark (Michelle) of Guyton, Kimberly Teston (David) of Midway, and Loren Clark (Jennifer) of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Andrea, Cade, Branan, Whitney, Kristen, and Jessica; four great-grandchildren; brother, Walter D. Chaney of Lake Wales, FL; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will begin at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be for one-half hour prior to the service.

Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences can be made at www.carteroglethorpe.com.
