Huggins; daughters, Mrs. Althea (Edwin Sr.) Wilson and Mrs. Penny Daniels; sons, Randolph R. (Mary A.) Huggins, Norman Anderson Huggins and Jacob Anderson Huggins. Visitation: 7-8 p.m., Monday in the Chapel of the Mortuary. Home Going Celebration Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Summer Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Burial: Church Cemetery. Hill's Mortuary, Inc.
