Jeff Prewitt

Jeff Prewitt - MICHIGAN - Jeff Prewitt, 53, died Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Jeff was born in Orleans, France on a military base and when returning to the states lived on multiple military instillations until his father retired in Hinesville where Jeff met his wife Angel. He was a graduate of Beach High School and attended GA Tech, then later moved to Michigan where he worked for the funeral industry as a computer programmer, they stayed in Michigan for over 20 years. Jeff enjoyed cooking, fishing, and spending time with his bull dog Raven who misses him very much. He is predeceased by his father Delbert Del Prewitt; brother Stephen Prewitt; grandparents Harlan (Ilene) Prewitt; and Rex (Dorotha) Morris. Jeff is survived by his mother Barbara Prewitt; wife Angel Prewitt; 3 brothers; Brian Prewitt, Mark Prewitt, and Rodger (Joy) Prewitt. The family would like to give special thanks to Joe Mongar who helped care for Jeff at his home through this difficult time, it wouldn't have been possible without his wonderful care and kind heart. Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 1-3pm at Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel.
