I an thankful that I had the privilege of being mentored by Pappa John for a few years in Austin and then again at Bush IAH. He was a good teacher and friend and I will sorely miss him. He was an encyclopedia for Safety and he truely wanted workers to go home in one piece to their family.

Papa John, thank you so much for kick starting my career in safety. Without your leadership and guidance I wouldn't be where I'm today. All the Webber safety professionals are in your debt. Joe Wagner, Jon Thomas and Frank Gordan. We will miss you. Bumpy

I met John over 10 years ago. He had great energy, loved good food and cherished friendships. He loved antique clocks and I cherish the one he gave me. I will remember him always. Peace to his family.
