Not sure what to say?

Sincere condolences to Kenny's family. We counted him as part of our Savannah Speech and Hearing Center family too. He came so many times and kept our aging building in repair with his special skills. He was such a kind and nice man. We all were shocked and saddened to learn of his passing. All of you will be in my thoughts and prayers in the days ahead. We always will miss Kenny.

I was really shocked to hear that Kenny had passed away. I couldn't believe it, I had seen him in the hallway the afternoon before. Kenny was always a pleasure to pass in the hallways, he always had something to say. He could fix what ever needed fixing. We will miss Kenny here at Memorial. My condolences go out to his family.

Amie, Lisa, Kenny,
I am very sorry to her about the sudden passing of your father. I have alot of great memories growing up that include your Dad. We all had good times at the river. He was always there to pull that golf cart out of the marsh. I think of your family often. He was a good man and will be missed.

Chuck and Family,
I've known you guys since the 60's (whos'counting). I remember either Chuck or Kenny would charge the neighborhood kids 5 cents to watch their "Show and Tell" Cartoon Projector. I still can't believe I won't see Kenny at Memorial, we've been working here together for at least 30 years. But we all will remember the good times and He can hold that seat for us at the Big Show. 143

I was at Memorial Thursday morning when I heard about Kenny, I felt such pain for his family, I worked with Kenny at Memorial for 23 years and never saw him without a smile or a kind word. We don't know why God picked this time of his life to take him, but I do know he picked a wonderful flower for his Garden, He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. May God bless his family .

I am soooooo sorry for the Linton's family loss. Kenny was a wonderful man and always a joy to be around. I have worked at Memorial for almost 13 years and saw Kenny on a daily basis and he was always a ray of sunshine, was always upbeat. I just recently moved to Paulsen Street Surgery Center where he was our "go to guy", he was always there to take care of us. He will be GREATLY missed by all. Take care and know that he is in a better place, that is what everyone told me and keeps telling me when I lost my 19 y/o son on 09/25/05 to a hit and run accident and I just try to believe that that is true. My thoughts and prayers will remain with all of Kenny's family as you try and get through this most difficult time.

Dear Family of Kenny Linton,

What a blessing Kenny was to so many at MHUMC. Not only in his work ability but his ability to bring out the best in others and always shared a smile or joke; often both.

This is a great loss to your family and his extended family at Memorial. Many will miss him greatly.

It is so hard to know that I won't be seeing Kenny at work or around the neighborhood.

I always joked with him that he was the block captin of his end of 65th. Street and I was the block captin of my end.

My heart felt condolances especially to his son who is my neighbor and a wonderful guy. I knew Kenny for over 30 years and will miss him very much.

See you on the other side Kenny.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

I learned within several hours of our lost of Kenny Wednesday morning, and I was shocked and saddened by this news. We were second cousins. Kenny always knew somehow when I was hospitalized in Memorial, and he would seek and find me whereever I was. He was a nice and caring person who was always ready to help in any way.
He will be truly missed by me and my wife Katherine.

My goodness when I heard the news I was in shock. I knew Kenny for over 25 years. My husband Michael Harvey worked with him. Kenny was such a nice person, funny and very kind to others. It will be a huge loss for Memorial Health with him not around. My heart goes out to all of you. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. He will be missed by all.

Take one day at a time, time does heal all wounds. You will see him again one day, just keep that in mind.
