To the children and family of Ms. Louella. I am trying so hard to find the words to say to let you know that I know just how much you are going to miss your mother. Looking back to the days on Burroughs @ Acacia Street where my mother did hair of almost every lady in the area. Where we sat back and laughed and talked and the whole neighborhood was respected as family. Where your mother had rights to mother me and mine was there to mother you all. Looking back at the time when mothers were mothers and not just a friend. Your mother, just like mine, will be so very missed. As sad as this time is for us all, we still have so much to be thankful for. God allowed Lou to be here for 79 years, if the enemy had his way she or none of us will ever make it that long. But because of God's grace and mercy He kept her. Our Heavenly Father loves us so much that He would never had taken her without giving us notice...we saw the signs that time was getting near. He also told us in His Word that we will have these seasons, Eclesiastes Ch. 3 tells us "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and (unfortunately) a time to die. However, the fortunate thing about death is, that is the only way we can get to heaven to be with our Heavenly Father. So I encourage each of you to hold on, be strong and live the life that God wants you to live in order to make it to that wonderful place call Heaven. It is so sad and painful to see Lou gone but if she is in Heaven like we believe she is...she is happier than she ever was on this earth. I love you...we love you!!

To Fredia & Family: Nothing can be compared to losing a mother; however, nothing is like realizing that she is resting in peace. Stand on God’s word and accept His inner peace. II Corinthians verse 3 and 4 states “Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God." Yes, the Lord will comfort and sustain you and every family member who will accept God’s perfect will, understanding that God doesn’t make mistakes.

To the Family of "Ms Lou":
I almost feel like I too have lost a family member. There is so much I'm sure many of us could say about Ms Lou. However, one thing we can say for sure, she LOVED her family. My charge to all of you, honor her memory by loving and caring for each other in a way that would do her proud. May the God of all comfort wrap you in His loving arms.
Love to you all,

IN HONOR OF MRS LOUELLA WRIGHT:

FREDA AND THE SIBLINGS, - "IN TIMES LIKE THESE WE NEED AN ACHOR, IN TIMES LIKE THESE WE NEED A SAVIOR"
That is what the service will be about on Sat. for your Mom. The Homegoing of your mom. Mrs. Stevens or "Ms. Louella" that is so lovingly called by my mom (Annie Lee Thomas)
They shared some good last days together, they have gone through so much together, they decided in their minds to follow God and accept what he has allowed. Freda, as the burden gets lighter, you will realize that you did all you could do and it is time for peace and joy with the family. Our prayers be with you all, and especially Freda and the girls, because the burden has been heavy(Sterphanie, Natalie, Angela,
"Yonna" and "Leia")
Mrs. Louella is at Peace at last and she knows you will be at peace. We will not be able to return to Savannah, but our prayers go out to you. James Thomas "Chubby" Rose, Annie Pearl "Sister" Annie Lee "Grandma" Kiesha, Naomi and Keith.
