MARTHA CHRISTINE CRABB ROACH

ROACH, MARTHA CHRISTINE CRABB - age 85, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 7, 2013, at Tennova Residential Hospice. She was a devout Christian woman and a member of City View Baptist Church. She retired from Bell South of thirty-five years of service. Martha was a kind heart woman full of grace, love and selflessness. She was devoted to her entire family, giving special attention to her daughter at her son's death. She loved everyone and was greatly loved by everyone. We will cherish our times together, laughing and enjoying the good times. Preceded in death by parents, Rev. Ora and Lillie Crabb; husband, Ethridge Roach; sons, Timothy, David, and Larry Roach; grandson, Robert Allen Blaine, Jr. (Len); and sister, Dorothy. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Mary Katherine (Kathy) Roach, a very devoted daughter and best friends, and Jack Franklin; grandchildren, Misty Roach Wynn and husband, Kenneth, and Ashley Huey and husband, Roger, and Jason Franklin; great grandchildren, Brandon Wynn and Joshua, McKenzie Wynn, Brook Stowell, Jackson Huey, Caleb Franklin; brothers, Charles, Luther, Roy, and Bobby Crabb; sisters, Mary Baker and Nadine Whittenbarger; daughters-in-law, Jennifer Roach Snyder and Shirley Roach Mitchell; and granddaughter-in-law, Jana Blaine Perry. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel. A celebration of life service will follow at 1:30 p.m. with Rev.
