I would like to think that Mrs. Ruby was just my church mother but truth is she was church mother to many people at Jonesville Baptist. When I first joined Jonesville in 2003 I can remember her warm embrace that have been with me ever since. Just as she made me feel at home I know that she is welcomed in her new home with heavenly arms. Rest on Mother....your job here is well done.

Cousin Rubylee, is what we called you. I, lived with you for several years, you was like a second mother to me, I, would watch your two children while you worked, you was a strong minded woman, who worked hard & wore many hats, and heart break in your life. I, will never forget you, and what you've done for me . may you rest in peace. Rosielee

Aunt Ruby, as we affectionately called her, was not my aunt but she was so sweet, loving, kind and didn't have a bad word to say about anybody. She was a true Woman of God that walked the walk and talked the talk. We will miss her dearly.

Was saddened to hear of Mother Ruby's passing. She was such a warrior, spunky and a go getter!! Always greeted you with a loving smile and "hey baby!" It was an honor to have known her. She will be greatly missed. Our condolences go out to her family and Pastor and Dr Phyllis Rodges. We pray that God keeps you during this time of bereavement.
