Jack was a wonderful man- so full of life and fun. He served the role of grandfather to my children as their own
grandparents lived in Nashville, TN. When there was a grandparents day at school Jack would attend as grandpa. We all loved him! We will miss him so much. He would stick out his tongue at my son Joey on his way to Communion! Last February, the youth cleaned out flower beds at his house to raise money for their mission trip. He dared my daughter, Erin, to jump in his pool. It was cold but sunny that day and she did it! Jack gave her $50 and she was so happy. That's what Jack liked to do best - make people happy. Heaven is full of laughter as Jack plays jokes on everyone up there.

Karin, Peppy and I love you like family and we are so sorry for your loss. We will miss Jack so much. He was a wonderful man. You and the family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I knew Jack a long time...since I was in Sacred Heart and he was at Cathedral. I rode the Abercorn bus from 38th and Abercorn and Jack got on at Cathedral. We often sat together for the short ride from Cathdral to Oglethrope Ave and Abercorn. He'd then head home and I'd wait on the Thunderbolt bus. I've known him ever since. Jack, you are a good friend and I'll miss you. Say a prayer for me.
