Mrs. Victoria Foster Steele - PORT WENTWORTH - Mrs. Victoria Foster Steele, 89, entered into rest on Monday, October 15, 2012 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was a native of Rice Hope, GA. She attended the public schools of Chatham County. She retired from Savannah Sugar Refinery after years of service. She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church where she served as the Church Mother and in the choir. Survivors are: Herbert H. Foster (Angelo) of Savannah, GA, two grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Sidney A. Jones and Campbell Funeral Services.
