Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this incredibly sad time. Growing up with Ginny in Raeford was so much fun and thinking back it was only yesterday we all piled into the car and headed to the Beach. Never will forget that convertible!

I remember the awe in Raeford when Ginny got her baby-blue convertible, and I remember how all the boys--including my brother Pete, I think--had enormous crushes on her. She was so elegant, but then she had an elegant mama. My thoughts are with you all.

Our lives are so innerwoven...Ginny and I sitting on our oil drum eating the McDonald's green apples. Sam and Bill..Mary V and Pearl..Barbara and Neil. I hurt with you. Love and smiles for the memories.

I'll never forget all the hours we spend riding horses in your back yard. "Mr. Neil" was tirelessly patient and Ginny was so unselfish to share her horse.

This is such sad news for those of us who grew up with Ginny in Raeford. I bet she is head cheerleader on the God Squad. Please know the family is in my thoughts.
