To the Gibbs Family,
I was sorry to hear that my dear friend and brother had gone to his heavenly home to be with our Lord and Saviour. William Sterling as I have always called him from early childhood. And I do mean early. As he would quietly remind me that he had been knowing me all of my life and before he knew his sister Marjorie. William was about 13 mos old than I and Marj 5 mos after me. What can I say that you probably don't know about him. He was always kind, sharply dress caring, business minded and loving. In all of my year of being a part of his life we have never had a disagreement. William loved his all of his family and the people that was a part of our small community. He would often call to discuss the different families and their history. Who was related to whom. He would even take me back in memory to his father and mother's family and where they originated from. We would talk about our children and grandchildren. He will forever be in my heart. I will miss him. I am sure that when he saw the angel coming for he had that great big smile on his face saying that I am ready to be with the Lord. I don't have much to bring but I am ready. I say peace be with my brother. God Blessing on each you.
William Sterling next door neighbor, friend and sister.
