Fay Leone Moyer

FAY LEONE MOYER, 93, a resident of Hesperia, CA. since 2002, died at Kaiser Hosp ital in Fontana on August 4, 2005, of advanced Alzheimer's disease. Fay was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Everett Moyer. She is survived by her three children, Warren and wife, Doris of Hesperia, Douglas and wife, Margo of Sacramento, and Linda Morris and husband, Hank of Vista. Fay is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Born in Catoosa, OK, on October 13, 1911, she became the oldest of eight children. She is survived by three sisters and one brother . Moving to San Bernardino from Taft, CA, Fay and Everett began construction on their home in Muscoy in 1946 where they raised their children and lived for 56 years. Viewing will be held at 10 a.m., August 13, 2005, with services immediately following at the Hesperia United Methodist Church, 18623 Main St., with Pastor Bob Wicherts officiating. Interment will be at Desert View Memorial Park in Victorville with Kern Hesperia Mortuary handling arrangements.
