James Cheatham Obituary

James M. Cheatham
(77) of San Bernardino passed away at home with his 2 grandsons present on August 25, 2012. James served in the US Air Force and spent a year and 6 months in the country of Viet Nam. After his tour of duty he worked as a sales representative for the 7-Up Bottling Company of Redlands for 24 years until his retirement.
James is survived by his son, Michael (Stephanie) Bragg; grandchildren, Robert Bragg, Michael Bragg, Yalandis Bragg, and Antonio Bragg; great-grandchildren, J'makai Bragg, Shawn Thomas, and Jaidyn Bragg. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 34 years, Gloria Jean Cheatham and his beloved daughter Beverly Ann Alexander.
Visitation for James will be on Sunday, September 2, 2012 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel 1299 E Highland Ave., San Bernardino, CA with a Funeral Service will also be held at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 10:00 AM with a Private Interment at Riverside National Cemetery.

To the Family of Jim Cheatham,
I have fond memories of him. He was a very good friend of my father, Roosevelt Savage. We know that he is no longer suffering but he now has peace and resting in the arms of his heavenly father.
