Margie Curletti

1942 - 2022

09/09/1942 - 08/02/2022 Margaret Lillian Curletti passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at home. She was born September 9, 1942, in Anderson, Indiana and spent her childhood in Lapel, Indiana. She later moved to California in 1952, where she met Albert Curletti in July 1960. They were married June 3, 1962. They were blessed with two sons, Christopher John, July 27, 1966, and Richard Louie, May 1, 1968. She fulfilled a lifelong goal of becoming a school teacher, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Cal State Fullerton in 1986. She spent 18 years teaching 4th & 5th grade at Hawthorne Elementary, in Ontario, CA. Many of those students still stay in touch today. Her greatest joy was her family, and time spent together. She enjoyed cooking, the beach, camping, and fishing. She also hosted bible study in her home with her dear friends. She has three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. Margie was preceded in death by her mother Vickie and father John, and two brothers, Richard Outlfleet (Linda) and John Outfleet. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Al Curletti; two sons, Chris & Rick (Cindy); brother Jack Outfleet (Sheryl); three grandchildren, Ryan, Adam (Amanda), Alyssa McDougal (Bailey); three great grandchildren, Maelyn Jo, Harrison Adam, & Piper Lillian; her sister-in-law Nadine Curletti Robinson and husband Sam Robinson, and nephew Sam (Cheryl) and daughters; as well as many close family members, nieces and nephews, and many long time friends. Funeral Services will be held, August 20, 2022 11:00 am at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 720 N. Sultana Ave., Ontario, CA 91764.
