Ola M. James

08/19/1943 - 11/17/2021 Ola Mae James passed away peacefully on November 17, 2021 at her home in Colorado Springs, CO. She was surrounded by her children and grandchildren when she transitioned to her heavenly home. Ola is survived by her children Trina James, Sam James, Jr., Nakeesha Cluse (husband Sean Cluse) and Kimiko Gordon (husband Isiah Gordon, III). She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren Krystle Saens, Jasmine Blake (husband Cameron Blake), Damion James, Makenzie Gordon and Cristian and Felicia Cluse. Ola was also blessed with great grandchildren Liam, Sophia, and Hudson Blake. She was preceded in death by her father, Virdel Adams, her mother, Minola Adams (Wetherton), her stepmother, Nettie Lou Adams and her siblings Fred Adams, Ann Carrington and Shanti Edmond. Memorial services will be held on December 27th at Evergreen Cemetery at 11am in Colorado Springs, CO. Another memorial service will be held in San Bernardino, CA at a later date.
