I moved to portland,Oregon in "95" and hung out with greg all the time up until my last few days in town.No one could beat us at team billiards/pool.He had the Best game!!! I have just moved back to the Redlands area. One of the only 2 people I wanted to look up was Greg! Im in shock still at what i have just found out. My deepest condolences to his awesome family.

I turn to see if you are there, I wait by the phone to perhaps answer your call, Then finally I realize walking down the long hall, you wont be there at the end standing ever so tall, the phone wont ring cause you can never call but one thing that finally rang true, is that because of you the sky is ever so blue, the night stars shine ever so true, and when I turn you were and will always be there, and when I have cried you have wiped my tears dry, when I think I cant go on you lift me up to fly, because when you left you became a piece of my heart and you became a piece of my soul to always carry me down life's very hard road. Missing you, always loving you, needing you, always wanting you. You have gave the word "forever" a new meaning to my life. Thank you again my deep and dear friend.

I am still in great shock and sadness over the news of Greg's passing. Though I had not seen Greg in 20 years, the memories of him will forever live within my heart.
Greg and I were only two months apart in age and our families were very close growing up (our Mother's went to school together. His parents are my Godparents and my parents are his Godparents), so I have many childhood memories that involve this beautiful and talented young man, even the night (when we were 7) when he slapped me in the face because we both wanted to be G.I. Joe. LOL!
My thoughts and prayers are with Greg’s family, especially my Nina Gloria (his Mother) and all of Greg’s friends and those lives he so greatly touched. He is no longer suffering, but is at peace and is a bright shinning Star.

I remember Greg from many years of theatre together and many more laughs. His smile and dimples are unforgettable and his youthful exhuberance for life were infectous.He's perfect now in a perfect place and can finally get some well deserved rest. Go in peace brother, we'll meet again.

Greg was my best friend and I was lucky to have spent the past 15 years with him. But most of all he was my Hero, he made me want to be a better person. He made me laugh, he made my problems seem smaller, he made me feel safe and he would light up a room when he walked into it. He was a leader and I followed, and if I could do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. Part of me died today, all of me cried today, it will be so hard to do this life without him. I have known Greg since my childhood, he was a wonderful friend and a great wrestler in high school. I am very saddened to hear of his passing. I am glad to have many fond memories of him. Rest in peace.
