Wilma Pinsak Obituary

WILMA PINSAK long time Fontana resident, passed away January 30th. Born in Blueball, Arkansas in 1927, her family cam e to California in 1936. Preceded in death by her husband, Carl Pinsak, Wilma was the mother of Carl, Eric and Laura; grandmother of Mandy, Douglas, Julia and Nicholas; and great-grandmother of Gavin and Skye. She is survived by her sisters, Faye Willman of San Dimas and LaVerne Campbell of Phoenix, AZ. Married to Carl in 1950, she was a homemaker until 1977 when he died. At that time she went back to school and embarked on a career, achieving the position of Executive Secretary with the City of Fontana. In 1995, she retired to help raise her grandchildren, in whose lives whe was a paramount influence. She will truly be missed by all. Visitation will be Friday, February 3, 2006, 10:00-11:00am at Ingold Funersl Chapel and service will be at 11:00am. Burial to follow at Montecito Memorial Park, Loma Linda, CA. Ingold Funeral Chapel will be handling the arrangements.

If there was anyone you could count on it was Wilma. She knew everything at the city of Fontana. I enjoyed working with her. I seem to remember her work desk if you could find it. Those who worked with Wilma know what I mean. My only regret is that I didn't go to see her after she retired.
