My prayers are for Dave and the Dutcavich family, especially Gloria, his mom and Arlene his wife and his children. Dave and I went to grade school together and Nativity HS. Dave was dedicated to his Catholic faith and extremely professional and compassionate in his work. He was one-of-a-kind and will be truly missed by the whole community.

Oddly, we will always remember Dave as we sit at our kitchen table. This is where he helped us with the arrangements for our son´s memorial my mother´s funeral and most recently planning our own last wishes. Remembering his laugh when we would ask about an unusual request or just talking in general. We have known him for what seems like forever. His professionalism always included kindness, empathy and understanding. Our sincere condolences to his family, may time and fond memories help ease the pain. We will miss you.

Chief, you are now relieved from your watch. A job well done fellow navy veteran and community servant. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final battle is now over and peace has been restored. The USS Schofield is now on station preparing for your departure. The honor guards are stationed and final volley has sounded. Taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Smooth sailing shipmate.

Dave's sense of humor and spirit will be missed. I enjoyed our lunches laughing at the everyday as well as his friendship. I wish his family comfort and peace in this challenging time. His good nature and smile will not be forgotten.

I considered David my friend. He buried all of my family including my brother Robert a few years ago. My brother in law Paul Florida and David dressed my brother up for his casket. We will all miss David. May David rest in peace

I have known Dave for about 38 years, since I first moved into Schuylkill County.
I held him ... will always hold him ... in high regard.
A gentleman´s gentleman!
As the Irish say: "He was not a hard man to like!"
He will be missed.
May God be kind and merciful to him and console his grieving family.
May Dave Dutcavich rest in peace.

Dave was a childhood friend growing up in Minersville. So many great memories and funny stories. He had a great sense of humor he kept in check but you knew behind that stoic exterior was a great human being. Mrs Dutcavich and all of Dave´s brothers, sisters and children please accept my sincere condolences.
