Eileen Lipinsky Obituary
Eileen (Takash) Lipinsky, 88, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Thursday, March 14, at her niece's house surrounded by family.
Born Sept. 25, 1935, in Norwegian Twp., she was a daughter of Eleanor Takash.
Eileen was the widow of John F. Lipinsky.
She was employed as a seamstress by Ethel Maid, Schuylkill Haven.
Eileen was a member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven.
She loved to shop and enjoyed feeding the stray cats that lived near her house.
Eileen is survived by sisters-in-law, Dolores Lipinsky, of Saint Clair, and Val Lipinsky, of Florida; several nieces, nephews and friends. She is also survived by her neighbors, Dale and Brenda, who were not related to Eileen but considered family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church in Schuylkill Haven, with the Rev. Monsignor Edward S. Zemanik officiating. A viewing period will be held from 9:15 a.m. until the time of Mass. Interment will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 21, in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
