Robert Hepler Obituary
Born in Locustdale, April 24, 1933, he was a son of the late Elwood and Mildred Walters Hepler.
He was an Army veteran who served in the Korean War and received the Purple Heart.
He was a member of the VFW Post, Ashland; American Legion Post, Ashland, for 63 years; Ashland Elks BPOE 384; and the Disabled American Veterans.
He enjoyed wood working and making things in his wood shop.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Elwood Hepler, and sister, Isabelle Bloss.
He is survived by his wife, Ann "Nancy" Reichwein Hepler, Ashland; a daughter, Lisa Hepler, Ashland; a son, Robert Hepler, husband of Debbie, Harleysville; a granddaughter, Sarah Hepler; nieces and nephews.
A funeral service and interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hillside SPCA, P.O. Box 233, Pottsville, PA 17901. Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home, Ashland, is in charge of arrangements. Visit www.kullfuneral.com.

He was the only Uncle I ever had and that is why God gave me the BEST one ever. I will miss his stories about him and my Dad growing up. He has left a permanent impression on my heart that will live forever.
