It was my pleasure to know and love you, even for such a short time in your life. I enjoyed our Panama Canal trip and your hospitality in Florida and was looking forward to spending more time with you. Sorry, it will have to come later.

Uncle Bob left me with wonderful childhood memories. Hughes Family Reunions - searching for the painted penny in the sawdust pile, big pots of bean soup, and games in the pond. Their huge motor home in our CT driveway, the trip to Maine with Aunt Elsie in the diesel Mercedes. My thoughts and prayers are with you Bobby & Dennis. May he rest in peace.
Love, Kathy

Since I was 16 I knew Bob and he was always a loving man, treating my family like we were his own, may God Bless him and His family through this very hard time. May you know he watches over you always and is smiling up in heaven. Love always.

Sadly missed, survivor picnics, fishing, hayrides and all the fun times we had with friends and neighbors in the valley. 101 acres will never be the same.
