Ruth Buchinsky Obituary
Ruth Buchinsky, 92, of Frackville, died Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2023, at St. Luke's Hospital-Allentown Campus.
Born Feb. 27, 1931, in Frackville, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Pearl (Herb) Brosius.
Ruth was the owner of the former Blanche's Card Shop in Frackville and a member of Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, Frackville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Buchinsky, in 1998.
Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Buchinsky, of Frackville; two sons, Michael Buchinsky and his wife, Judi, of Pottsville, and Kevin Buchinsky and his wife, Lynn, of Ringtown; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. The Rev. Jeff Merwine will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity EC Church Memorial Fund, 56 N. Balliett St., Frackville, PA 17931. Nice-Hart Funeral Home Inc., Frackville, is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences can be sent at www.nicehartfuneralhome.com.
