Sally Luckey Obituary

Sally A. Luckey, 82, formerly of Ashland, a resident of the Mennonite Home, Lancaster, passed away Feb. 13.

Born in Ashland, Feb. 11, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Loretta Neiman.

She graduated from Ashland High School and from Germantown Dispensary and Hospital School of Nursing, Philadelphia. Sally was a registered nurse at Abington Memorial Hospital and Lancaster General Hospital. After retiring, Sally volunteered at Lancaster General Hospital feeding babies with AIDS.

She was a former member of Lancaster Women's Business Association.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Luckey, in 1974; and a daughter, Paula.

Surviving are a son, Christopher Luckey, Lancaster.

Graveside services will be held at noon March 5 in Christ Church Cemetery, Fountain Springs, with the Rev. David Grant officiating.
